Our 1960’s show has been specially tailored to suit all age groups, performing songs that are relevant today. We encourage & provoke audience participation, dancing & singing throughout the show. Of The 60s
A tribute to the times and tunes of that fantastic decade. The band consists of five members, two of whom were in popular 60s bands that played at The Marquee, The Sphinx, Le Carnaby, The Lyceum in the Strand, and clubs and colleges all over England.
Now augmented by a new female vocalist, bassist & drummer, each with lots of band experience, they have come together to bring the great 60s sounds to lovers of that era and also to new audiences. They are dedicated to giving their clients the best 60s night experience, with great tunes, smart suits, mini dresses (for the girls that is) and a 60s light show.

Originally formed in 1981 as ‘The Word’, the band successfully relaunched as Hamburg Beat, specialising in capturing the raw rock ‘n’ roll energy of the Hamburg beat club scene between 1960 - 1962. Based in the City of Lincoln UK, Hamburg Beat play to wildly appreciative audiences across the UK and abroad, including high profile overseas Beatles festivals.
In addition to several high profile UK based events and festivals, Mark, Mac, Phil and Alex are scheduled to play at two major European Beatles festivals in 2013.

The band take their name from the fan club members of The Cavern Club in Liverpool, the most famous club in the world, that saw the birth of The Beatles and showcased all the top bands during the Sixties. The Cavernites re-create those days and the birth of what became known as Mersey Beat or The Liverpool or Mersey Sound, a musical style that took the UK by storm, influencing countless groups across the country.
The Cavernites perform classic hits from groups like The Beatles, The Searchers, The Swinging Blue Jeans, The Mersey’s, The Hollies, The Rolling Stones, The Kinks, The Who and many other hit groups from the Sixties, taking the audience on a Magical Musical History Tour, through one of the greatest musical decades of all time. 1910 Fruitgum Company
The 1910 Fruitgum Company virtually exploded onto the US national charts in 1968 with their first single release, "Simon Says". The song quickly moved up to become a #2 record on the national charts and reached the top of the charts in the United Kingdom. Along with their several hit records they perform the music of The Grass Roots, The Turtles, The Beatles, Dion, The Monkees, BJ Thomas , The Buckinghams, The British Invasion acts and several other top of the chart acts.
The group will bring back memories for you and guarantee to have you dancing in the aisles. They also do a package show with the following acts: Ron Dante of The Archies (Sugar Sugar), Jimmy Rossi of The Jaggerz (The Rapper), Jimmy Yester, original lead singer in The Association and, of course, The 1910 Fruitgum Company. Gold record acts, original members in each act and a 2 hour show that will bring back wonderful memories.
The 1910 Fruitgum Company travels and performs throughout the United States. Their venues include large capacity concerts and they have appeared on Dick Clark’s American Bandstand, Shindig and numerous tv and radio shows, as well as at Las Vegas and Atlantic City.

A highly experienced 4 piece live band playing pop and rock 'n' roll hits from the 1950s onwards. Our repertoire is made up of feel-good hits from across the years and we try to be a little bit different by including less obvious but still well known songs. We also do a more specific tribute show to the rock n roll greats of the 1950s - Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Buddy Holly, Ricky Nelson, Gene Vincent, Eddie Cochran etc.
We are based in the North West of England and perform across the region at any venue wanting great dance music from a live band. The band contains two main vocalists enabling us to handle a wide variety of songs with harmonies and backing vocals. We never use backing tracks and all the music is performed by ourselves at a comfortable volume - we are not a loud band.
By using our PA system we can also provide music mixes for you - from background music to chat to, music during breaks and even a lively disco playing songs from all eras and for all ages to finish your night off!

Tracy performed as support act to the well-established Gary Ryan 'Neil Diamond' and Jimmy Jermaine 'Cliff Richard' tribute from the hit TV show 'Stars In Your Eyes'. She has also appeared in many theatres all over the UK performing alongside other tribute acts in the show 'Three Men In Black And The White Lady Of Soul'.

As the band members lived through the sixties themselves, they have a great in-depth knowledge of what memories can be encapsulated in producing a 60’s show. These are reproduced using live action footage of many familiar sights and sounds associated with this period. The two hour show covers all the recollections of that era and, with over twenty five bands being reproduced, the show is undoubtedly the most comprehensive 60’s show around today. Chris, Pete and Dave are now going to continue to keep The Troggs flag flying and are going back on the road. They are joined by special guest Chris Allen on lead vocals. He has an excellent musical pedigree, having been in The Denny Laine Band, The Commitments and part time with The Animals. He also plays a mean guitar and bass.

Shooter's exciting stage act relives the music and magic of the 50's & 60's, when Rock 'n' Roll was king, Mersey Beat was born and the music was electrifying. Formed in 1983, with the traditional line-up of guitar, bass, drums and vocal harmonies, Shooter soon became a regular attraction at 60's Festivals, Theatres, Corporate Theme Nights and Cabaret venues, delighting audiences with their exciting live performance.
Shooter perform the songs of the great artists who helped to create the 60s legend, such as Elvis, Eddie Cochran, Roy Orbison, Chuck Berry, Carl Perkins, Buddy Holly, Cliff and The Shadows, Billy Fury, Del Shannon, The Beatles and the 'Mersey Beat' bands, The Rolling Stones, Kinks, Hollies, Manfred Mann etc. Shooter has a wide repertoire and their stage act chronicles the development of pop music from the birth of Rock 'n' Roll through the magical era of Mersey Beat and the Swinging Sixties. Shooter have appeared on TV and featured on radio stations throughout the UK.

Keith Hubbard - Lead guitar & vocals, played in various Liverpool bands and was a member of the British cast of the rock musical HAIR. In 1971 he formed rock band Caliban, touring Europe as well as being regulars at Liverpool's legendary Cavern Club and, on May 27th 1973, performed on the club's closing night. In 1975/6 he toured with Chicory Tip then performed with a variety of bands until, in 1983, he formed Shooter. Mike Rimmer - Bass guitar & vocals, who formed his early career in Mersey and, during the 1970's, he teamed up with folk/Blues outfit Jim & Raphael with whom he performed on Radio 1's Mike Raven's Blues Show recorded at BBC's Maida Vale Studio. Jeff Walker - Drums & vocals, began his career in the early 1980's with local gospel groups. In 1990 he toured and appeared on national TV with recording band Wild Honey. Jeff later had stints with Decade, The Max Beacon Band and SoulTrade before joining Shooter.

The Sixth Generation
is a dynamic rock and roll band, based in Michigan USA, at the forefront of musical style from the late 1960s. Playing hits of the time as well as original songs, the band delivers crowd pleasing performances that bring back fond memories for baby boomers and a surprising appreciation of good music for their children’s generation. With all of the original members from the 1960s still playing together, the band has a magical presence like no other of their kind and have been nominated for induction into Michigan Rock and Roll Legends.

The Sixth Generation was formed in Niles, Michigan (home of Tommy James & The Shondells) during the summer of 1966. Playing top hits of the time, the group became quite popular very quickly and began drawing large crowds throughout the region. By early spring in 1967, the band was regularly booked for Saturday night dances at The Skyliner at Five Mile Corner in Dowagiac, MI (at that time, the most popular dance venue in southwestern Michigan).

As you might expect, the main content of their show is a tribute to the fantastic sixties 'Shadows' and the best way to appreciate the quality of their performance is to see them live. They have a full P.A. and lighting system, backline amplifiers and their own sound & lighting engineer to operate and monitor the overall sound and onstage lighting effects and quality.
They can also provide a compere and support acts for your function if required.
The members are all mature professional standard musicians with years of experience in the music / entertainment industry, all the material is presented authentically, including the correct shadows steps and the sound is as close as possible to the modern "shadows sound".
