Dr. Malthus, a 19th century scientist, experiments with the blood of his murder victims to try and find a serum to give himself eternal youth. He is hanged for his misdeeds. Seventy years on, one of his descendants finds his records, locates the mummified corpse of his ancestor and revives it with new blood. More victims are required to keep the ancient doctor alive at which the younger Malthus revolts. Malthus senior dies in the laboratory fire which results from their ensuing fight.

A predecessor to 'Los Astronautas', the comic duo are trailing a jewel thief who makes use of a paint renders things temporarily invisible. This non-permanent drawback leads to his eventual capture. A side issue to the story involves the daughters of the paint's inventor who become romantically involved with the silly sleuths. 'Los Invisibles' was not released until 1963 so, although made after 'Los Astronautas', it became the first of the two to hit the screen.

An animated puppet film in which the popular mouse, together with girlfriend Rosy and wimpy worm Giovannino, builds a rocket to the moon. The flight goes a bit wrong and they end up in an amusement park where they join forces with a friendly puppeteer to perform in shows for children. Rosy is kidnapped by a wicked magician who is jealous of the show but Topo Gigio manages to rescue her. There were two alternative endings - in one they merely escape from the amusement park but in the other they manage to get the magician to reform his wicked ways. The 1965 English version, cut by 10 minutes, was directed by Luca de Rico.
